  • Uranium Participation Corporation is a Canadian investment fund which was created to invest substantially all of its assets in uranium oxide in concentrates ("U3O8") and uranium hexafluoride ("UF6"), with the primary investment objective of achieving appreciation in the value of its uranium holdings. The most common commercial use for uranium is as a fuel for nuclear power plants around the world.
